This file outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use
of the GREYGHOST.DYNDNS.ORG web site and any files provided to
you (directly or indirectly) by this site. If you do not or 
cannot agree to these terms, please leave this site now.

1. No liability. Greyghost's owner, and anyone involved in
the process of providing content from Greyghost or any mirror
to you cannot and will not accept any liabilities that concern
any information posted here. If you use any resource on this
server, you are doing so STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Nobody
except yourself can accept any liability or be held responsible
for the results of anything you do based wholly or in part from
materials provided on this server.

As I once read on a website somewhere:

"If you smash something with it, you are the proud owner
of any remaining pieces."

2. No warranty. Nothing on this site is warranted in any way.
Specifically, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
is not provided. Everything presented is usually checked to be
correct on a "best effort" basis, but no warranties or guarantees
are made regarding the contents of this server. You use everything

We reserve the right to mirror any material *after seeking permission*
from its author or creator. If permission is denied, we will NOT make
any effort to mirror said materials on this server. However, if the
rightful author or an authorized agent of the rights to a work cannot
be reached after an exhaustive search, we may very well decide to post
the content anyway.

Fair use law permits reproduction of materials for educational
purposes, and it is believed that any reproduction of copyrighted
material on this site that is not authored by us *is* being used
in such an educational fashion.

If you control the rights to a work that we've mirrored without your
permission or approval, your sole remedy is removal of the item. All

There are no other remedies available for such cases.

Please note that I said a *polite* request above. If you do NOT feel
that you should send a polite request, you will likely be ignored and
future e-mails from you will go right straight to the garbage can.

Specifically any of the following will be ignored:

Threats or notices of legal action
Infested or infected messages sent with the intention of disrupting
our operations
Rude messages
Messages where the offending content cannot be determined

and content will remain available unless we can determine what it is
that you believe infringes on your rights.

5. Actions Regarding This Server

Do not perform malicious actions against this server. If you do, you
are subjecting yourself to possible legal action and all efforts
necessary to stop you from disrupting services or damaging our
equipment will be taken.

If you have a problem with something I've done or said on this server
please e-mail me. Provided you can approach me with a levelheaded
approach, I'm willing to listen and will consider changing things
that you may not agree with on this site. There is no guarantee of
this happening, but write me a message and I'll see what I can do.

6. Legality of articles posted here.

A "best effort" is made to determine that any material posted here
is not in violation of any laws. However, I have better things to
do with my time than to be sure that everything I put up here is
legal for everyone everywhere. (If I did that then you'd probably
be staring at an empty web server!) Laws vary from area to area,
so you should check to be sure that anything you do here is legal
for the area in which you live or perform actions from information
provided on this web server.

If it should be determined that an article on this server violates
a law in effect for the area I call home, then it will be removed.
This is the sole rememdy for such items.

DMCA Consideration: I do not condone violation of copy protection
for the purpose of stealing protected works. However, I do fully
believe in and will defend my rights to fair use, as well as my 
right to publish articles that may contain information on
defeating copy protection in the interest of fair use. While I do
not intend for people to use any article that explains how to
bypass copy protection in the interest of fair use for the purpose
of stealing copyrighted works without compensating their creators,
this may occur. I cannot do anything about it unless I simply don't
provide the information, and that's a violation of my free speech
rights, so it won't be happening.

Don't bother contacting me with threats of legal action or
requests to remove information from this server. You will be
wasting your time. Go after the person who misused the information
presented here and is actually stealing your works. Thank you. I
cannot and will not accept any such charges, accusations or
liabilities. This server is run as a personal project that I
enjoy. I do not take any profit from providing the resources
on this server.

I cannot and will not accept any liability for supposed violations

or item you'd like to link to, please feel free to do so. I would
make one request though--if you want to link to a picture or media
item, please make a copy on your own server. My bandwidth on this
connection is not the highest, so please help me save some load
