Installation Guide ------------------ (Note) To determine if you have to update the utility programs or not, please refer to the "Summary of Changes" section. < ThinkPad Configuration for DOS > (For DOS) 1. Start DOS. 2. Download this file to a C:\DRIVERS directory. 3. Execute the file to extract the installation files. 4. At the DOS command prompt, change to the directory that this package was extracted to. The default path is C:\DRIVERS\DOS\UTILITY 5. Type UINSTALL and press Enter. 6. After reading the information on the screen, press Enter again. 7. Select "Install DOS ThinkPad Configuration" at the Installation Options screen; then follow the instructions on the screen. (For DOS screen under Windows NT) 0. Install ThinkPad Configuration for Windows NT. Refer to the installation guide of Utility for Windows NT. 1. Follow the same instruction as above for DOS.
